About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team on a permanent full-time basis, providing care to clients across the Northern Rivers region.

This role focuses on delivering clinical services in the home, conducting assessments, supporting client onboarding and care plans whilst working closely with our care partners to ensure holistic, person-centred care.

A company vehicle is provided for business travel between Tweed Heads and Ballina.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide in-home nursing care including wound care, medication management, catheter care, diabetes assessments and chronic disease support
  • Conduct health assessments and clinical reviews
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualised care plans in partnership with clients, families, and coordinators
  • Provide clinical guidance, mentoring, and support to care staff
  • Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with clinical, safety, and quality standards

About You

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and legal working rights in Australia
  • Experience in aged care, community nursing, or disability support
  • Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Current driver’s licence
  • Police Check, CPR, and COVID-19 vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
